Calcium Pantothenate (Vitamin B5), a vital feed additive and pharmaceutical ingredient, experiences continuously growing market demand. The traditional fermentation process for producing Calcium Pantothenate often faces challenges in subsequent purification stages, including low desalination efficiency, significant loss of active components, and serious environmental concerns.

This project utilizes innovative electrodialysis technology to achieve efficient, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective desalination of the fermentation broth. With a designed system capacity of 200 cubic meters per day, the project aims to stably control the product water conductivity at ≤3000 µS/cm while ensuring a Calcium Pantothenate yield of no less than 97.0%. This significantly enhances product purity and market competitiveness, setting a new industry benchmark.
