Bipolar Membrane ED

Product Overview

This configuration represents a novel electrodialysis system formed by integrating bipolar membranes with various arrangements of anion and/or cation exchange membranes. Its primary function is the conversion of salt solutions into corresponding acids and alkalis.

【Product Features】

  • Delamination-Free Membrane with Extended Lifespan
  • Exceptional Acid and Alkali Resistance
  • Chemically Covalent-Bonded for Enhanced Stability
  • Strong Anti-Pollution Capability
【Product Parameters】
【Product Advantages】
  • Reduce Production Costs

Utilizes the bipolar membrane's inherent ability to generate H⁺ and OH⁻ ions, replacing the consumption of external acids and alkalis, thereby lowering production costs.
  • Enhance Product Quality and Purity

Enables process intensification in industries like chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and fermentation by reducing production steps, leading to improved product quality and purity.
  • Minimize Pollutant Discharge

Supports industrial enterprises in achieving zero liquid discharge (ZLD) by providing the necessary concentration and volume reduction, thereby decreasing the investment and energy consumption associated with evaporation crystallization.
  • High Level of Automation

Reduce manual intervention and enables remote monitoring and fault diagnosis, simplifying operational management.
